The freezer in our kitchen develops ice every few months. So, rather than unplugging it and waiting for the ice to melt (which easily tier 3-4 hrs), we decided to get this steamer. It works like a charm, and gets the job done in about 30 mins. I only wish it was a tad bigger. To get the job done I need to fill it up twice, if it were not for having to wait until the second tank is steaming, it would probably get the job done in 15-20.
