I read a few reviews about terrible battery life so I tested my new V7 today. Fully charged battery, band new vacuum, stopwatch went to 25 minutes before I finally gave up and stopped vacuuming! I was trying to kill the battery and couldn't in 25 long minutes! This is with me holding the trigger in constantly. >>>>>>>>I will say that it doesn't do any better vacuuming pet hair from a rug than my $100 walmart dirt devil corded vac. I like how it basically lays FLAT on the floor so you can vacuum under anything! It is cordless and very lightweight. I like it overall. I would recommend buying at $199. If the price is more than that... just buy a $100 corded dirt devil from walmart.
